Steps to Use a Sea Salt Body Scrub

Preparation: Make sure you have all your supplies ready, including the sea salt body scrub, a washcloth, and a shower or bath to rinse off.

Pre-Wet Your Skin: It's generally easier and more effective to apply the body scrub to wet or damp skin. Take a quick shower or soak in the bath for a few minutes to moisten your skin.

Turn Off the Water: Turn off the shower or step out of the bath temporarily while you apply the scrub to prevent it from getting washed off too quickly.

Apply the Scrub: Scoop a generous amount of sea salt scrub into your hands. Starting at your feet and moving upwards towards your heart, apply the scrub in a circular motion. Use gentle pressure; you don't need to scrub hard to exfoliate effectively.
