1. Fill the Bathtub: Start by filling your bathtub with warm water. The water temperature should be comfortable to the touch, neither too hot nor too cold.
2. Inspect the Bath Fizz: Before dropping it in, take a moment to smell the aromas and appreciate the colors and design. This will help you tune into the sensory experience.
3. Drop the Fizz: Once the tub is filled to your liking, gently drop the bath fizz into the water. It should start fizzing immediately, releasing bubbles, colors, and fragrances.
4. Watch and Wait: Take a moment to watch the fizz dissolve. You'll notice the water changing color and becoming enriched with oils, fragrances, and possibly even flower petals or glitter, depending on the particular bath fizz you're using.
5. Step Into the Bath: Carefully get into the bathtub and settle in. Allow yourself to relax and soak in the enriched water.
6. Engage Your Senses: Close your eyes and take deep breaths, inhaling the aromas released by the fizz. Feel the oils and other skin-nourishing ingredients enveloping your skin.
