Gua sha
Apply a Facial Oil or Serum
Ensure your skin is moisturised to prevent tugging or irritation during the massage.
Use the Gua Sha Tool
Jawline: Place the curved edge of the gua sha at the center of your chin and glide it along your jawline toward your ear.
Cheeks: Start at the sides of your nose and sweep outward toward your ears using the flat side of the tool.
Forehead: Glide upward from your eyebrows to your hairline.
Neck: Start at the base of your neck and sweep upward toward your jawline to promote lymphatic drainage.
Adjust Pressure
Use gentle to medium pressure, depending on your comfort level. Avoid pressing too hard, especially around sensitive areas.
Clean the Tool
Wash the gua sha with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly.
