Shipping Policy

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order and how to track it. Uk Shipping is usually 48 hours tracked. Interntional varies by destination. 

If you are unable to accept a delivery for any reason, our courier company will attempt to delivery to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or alternatively you can follow the redelivery instructions that will be sent to you by the courier company.

Please note that if you do experience any issues with your order, you must get in touch with our Customer Care Team within 7 days of delivery.
